Lost or Stolen Debit Cards

If you’ve lost your debit card or think it has been stolen please follow the steps below.

Procedure for lost or stolen Debit/ATM card:

  • During regular business hours, notify the bank immediately by phone or in person.

  • After banking hours, please call the 24 hour card hot-line at 1-800-472-3272. You will also need to report directly to the bank during regular business hours at once. This will ensure losses are kept to a minimum.
  • To request a replacement card, you will need to come in and sign a request form.
